Somatic Therapy

SOMATIC THERAPY, PERSONALIZED

Tailored to you—your system, your pace, and what you’re carrying. This work meets you where you are, working directly with your nervous system to support the processing of stress, build capacity, and create more steady, responsive ways of moving through your life.

WHY SOMATIC THERAPY

There are moments when you can feel something is off—not because you don’t understand your life, but because your body is holding something your mind can’t resolve.

You’re functioning. Leading. Moving forward. And still, there’s tension underneath. Patterns that repeat. A sense that there’s more available, but you can’t quite access it.

This is where we begin.

What This Work Is

Somatic therapy is a body-based approach that supports mind-body connection, nervous system regulation, and the resolution of emotional and physiological holding patterns.

By exploring how stress, pressure, and past experiences are held in the body, we begin to uncover protective patterns and survival strategies that can keep us cycling in dissatisfaction or pain—and limit our capacity to evolve and expand into the life we desire.

Rather than relying on analysis or problem-solving, we work with awareness of sensation, image, emotion, movement, and touch—supporting subtle shifts and the body’s natural ability to process what has been held and reorganize toward new pathways forward.

This is not about pushing or forcing release.
It’s about rebuilding capacity—so your system can hold more without overwhelm, and move through stress without getting stuck “on” or shutting down.

Who This Work Is For

Somatic Experiencing supports a wide range of people.

It can be especially helpful for anyone experiencing stress, burnout, or overwhelm, as well as those who feel disconnected—from themselves, others, or from a sense of direction in their life.

This work is also supportive during periods of change or loss, and for those who are wanting to better understand themselves, their patterns, and how they move through the world.

You may recognize yourself here if you are:

  • Carrying ongoing stress or pressure

  • Feeling overwhelmed, shut down, or reactive

  • Overthinking or second-guessing yourself

  • Moving through cycles of burnout or depletion

  • Feeling disconnected from your body or internal cues

  • Repeating patterns in relationships or daily life

  • Feeling stuck, despite insight or self-awareness

  • Noticing your capacity feels limited—like you can’t quite hold everything that’s there

You can come with a specific challenge you’d like to explore, or simply a willingness to explore what’s already present.

This work focuses on your nervous system—specifically, your capacity to stay present with what you’re experiencing without becoming overwhelmed or shutting down.

Rather than talking through patterns or trying to override them, we work with where they are actually held: in the body.

We slow things down and bring attention to what’s happening in real time, so patterns can be noticed as they occur—not just understood after the fact.

From there, we support your system in processing small amounts at a time. This is what builds capacity—your ability to stay with more, respond more clearly, and move through your life with greater steadiness.

Change happens from this place.
Not through force, but through expanded capacity—and a nervous system that can meet your life with greater range and resilience.

WHAT THIS WORK IS DOING

As your nervous system begins to reorganize and your capacity expands, you may notice:

  • More space between trigger and response

  • Clearer decision-making without over-analysis

  • Greater steadiness under pressure

  • The ability to stay present in difficult conversations

  • Less reliance on control, urgency, or avoidance

  • A deeper sense of connection to yourself

Over time, this creates a different baseline—one where steadiness, clarity, and responsiveness are more consistently available to you.

This work pairs naturally with Emotional Intelligence coaching. As your capacity increases, your ability to apply insight—around self-awareness, communication, and decision-making—becomes more consistent and sustainable.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE

RANDELLE LUSK

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE AND HER APPROACH

Randelle is formally trained in Somatic Experiencing®, a therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Peter Levine in the 1970s.

Her work is grounded in 17 years in the wellness space, informed by her experience as a movement and breathwork facilitator, with a background as a Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University and a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach.

She brings a steady, attuned presence—one that prioritizes pacing, precision, and respect for each individual’s system.

This creates the conditions for clients to slow down, notice what’s actually happening, and move at a pace where change can take hold and be sustained.
