We combine two powerful coaching lenses—strategic visioning and somatic regulation—to support women entrepreneurs in navigating growth with integrity.

You’ll receive 1:1 support from both coaches, monthly content to ground and guide your focus, and a supportive space where nothing is off-limits and everything is real.

All sessions will be held virtually.
Each month includes a themed workshop weaving together both coaching lenses—offering structure without rigidity.

Sessions will be held virtually with recordings available for anyone who cannot attend live.
Alongside your coaching sessions and workshops, you’ll also be invited to a brief monthly virtual check-in—a casual, live touchpoint to reconnect, ask questions, share progress, and receive real-time support. These sessions are designed to keep momentum steady, foster community connection, and offer space to integrate what’s unfolding between sessions.

All sessions are hosted via Zoom, starting at 10am MST. Circles and checkins are 60 minutes. Sessions are 90 minutes, with recordings provided.

A 3-month virtual coaching experience for women entrepreneurs seeking a more aligned way to lead and live. Co-facilitated by Randelle Lusk (Rare Method™) and Laura MacNiven (Springboard Clinic), this program blends 1:1 coaching, live group sessions, and monthly check-ins to help you return to yourself, reset your pace, and reconnect with what truly matters in your work and life.

Regular $2,350 CAD + GST (registration closes April 1/26)

Payment plans available. $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Remaining payment is due by April 15, 2026.
