Following the morning practice, guests are invited to engage in prompts for contemplation, conversation, or journaling, fostering deeper self-discovery and reflection.
Then, it’s time for breakfast! Our meals are crafted by passionate chefs who deeply care about the origins and impact of their food. Each dish is designed to nourish and delight, making every meal a memorable experience.
With satisfied appetites, the day opens up to personal choice. Whether you join an organized excursion, indulge in a soothing massage, lounge by the pool with a refreshing beverage and new friends, or find a quiet hammock for a restful nap, this time is yours to embrace what you need most.
Lunch presents another vibrant feast. Sometimes we dine together, fostering a sense of community, while other times it's a casual, grab-and-go affair, perfect for spontaneous adventures.
As the late afternoon or early evening arrives, we reconvene for sessions that delve into self-discovery and facilitated conversation. These gatherings might include a second mat practice or special group experiences, tailored to the unique needs and energy of the group.
Dinner is a festive, communal affair where we share stories, laughter, and delicious food, celebrating the day’s experiences.
Finally, the day winds down with a serene night of rest. Climb into your comfortable bed, ready for a peaceful slumber.
