A $350 deposit is required upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
All fees (deposit and instalments) are non-refundable and non-transferable once their respective due dates have passed, whether paying in full or by instalment.
Who’s the course for?
Principles of Somatic Healing is open to wellness and mental health practitioners, movement and mindfulness teachers, body workers, coaches, facilitators, and anyone interested in understanding the principles of somatics and their relationship to trauma and the nervous system.

This program explores the following topics through theoretical investigation, self-reflection, and group discussion & practice:
Principles of Somatics: How to return to the feeling state
Nervous System 101: Parasympathetic vs. Sympathetic Nervous System
Internal and External Orienting for Safety
Invitational and Informed Language
Pendulation and Titration: Safe access and release of energy and emotion for nervous system health and regulation
Range of Tolerance
Threat Response Cycle
Fight, Flight, and Freeze Responses
Introduction to Somatic Applications
Should you want to receive a certificate of completion (optional), the following must be completed within 3 months of the course start date:
Attend and actively participate in all hours of the training
Submit program assessment
Complete 4 1:1 session with Randelle. These can be telephone consults, or online or in-person somatic coaching sessions with Randelle Lusk within 3 months of commencement of training.
Cost of 1:1 sessions: $150 for somatic coaching or consult sessions. Kindly note, this is a special rate, valid for 3 months post-training.
Prerequisites:
Completion of a Training Agreement and Waiver of Liability
Refund Policy:
All fees are non-refundable but may be transferred up to 10-days prior to the course start date, less non-refundable deposit portion.
Important Note:
This program is for personal and professional application at the participants discretion. The training does not certify you to train others in somatic healing. The IP content of this training and it’s format is owned and copyrighted by Rare Method™ Wellness Inc. and Randelle Lusk.
