• Nervous System 101: Parasympathetic vs. Sympathetic Nervous System

• Internal and External Orienting for Safety

• Invitational and Informed Language

• Pendulation and Titration: Safe access and release of energy and emotion for nervous system health and regulation

• Range of Tolerance

• Threat Response Cycle

• Fight, Flight, Freeze, and Fawn Responses

• Introduction to Somatic Applications

Certification Process (Optional)

Should you want to receive a certificate of completion, the following must be completed within 3 months of the course start date:

• Attend and actively participate in all hours of the training

• Submit program assessment

• Complete 4 1:1 session with Randelle. These can be telephone consults, or online or in-person somatic coaching sessions with Randelle Lusk within 3 months of commencement of training.

• The cost of 1:1 sessions: $150 for somatic coaching or consult sessions.
