This unique offering is part of Simone’s certification journey and features Soma Flow—a Rare Method™ experience rooted in the fluidity of Vinyasa yoga and layered with therapeutic somatic techniques, cathartic release, dynamic breath, and intentional pause.

You’ll be invited to move, feel, and express—creating space to explore your inner landscape through embodied practice and intentional rhythm.

All are welcome. Come as you are, dressed for movement, and bring your encouraging, supportive energy. Loaner mats available. Your presence will help Simone step fully into her voice as a Rare Method™ teacher.
