The Location —
Sansara Yoga & Surf is a world renowned luxury retreat centre located on the Pacific coast of Cambutal, Panama. This boutique resort celebrates the meeting of lush mountains with black sand beaches and turquoise tide.
As a special and sacred place created for the wellness-inspired traveller, Sansara’s amenities are designed with your health in mind. Offering an open-air yoga shala, endless water and mountain views, fresh and healthy cuisine, hammocks sprinkled across the property, and spa services to order.

Panama International Airport (PTY) welcomes international flights. Suggested arrival of one or more days before the retreat and depart one or more days after.

Complimentary group shuttle will collect you at a designated hotel in Casco Viejo, Panama City. By shuttle, Sansara is approximately 4hrs from the city.
Chartered flights can be arranged at an additional fee. By air, Sansara is an hour flight, plus 45 minute ground transport.

Sansara’s oceanfront suites offer beautiful and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, as well as the mountainous region of Cambutal. Set amidst beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, our four artfully decorated suites have their own private patios which are perfect to take in the sun while you sip your morning coffee.
Oceanview Cabanas
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean from our ocean view cabanas which have been designed to inspire a sense of peace and serenity. Decorated with traditional tiles, delicate colour palettes and handcrafted wooden furniture, each of our five ocean view cabanas have access to private patios.
Gardenview Cabanas
Sansara’s garden view cabanas are surrounded by tropical palm trees and located just steps away from the Pacific Ocean. The three cabanas incorporate traditional design techniques, using renewable materials such as stone and wood to create elegant and comfortable spaces that allow you to connect with the natural world.
