The Return

A Homecoming with Randelle Lusk. A Return to Yourself.

Reconnect to your body. Recalibrate your Rhythm. Reclaim your Range.

Join Randelle Lusk as she returns to the Jaybird community as a guest teacher for The Return—a special immersive experience by Rare Method®, designed to help you reconnect with your body, expand your emotional capacity, and return to yourself with greater clarity and ease.

Rooted in elements of flow yoga and informed by nervous system science, Rare method’s signature SomaFlo class weaves together therapeutic movement, cathartic release, dynamic breathwork, and moments of potent stillness. Each layer is intentionally designed to help you reconnect with your body, audit your internal landscape, recalibrate your nervous system, and embody your raw, real, rare self.

The experience includes:

  • Somatic meditation to cultivate awareness, release held tension and stored emotion, and reconnect with yourself.

  • Dynamic, music-driven movement and breathwork to mobilize energy, shift your state, and expand nervous system capacity.

  • Guided journaling and shared reflection to deepen insight and support meaningful integration.

About the Workshop

Date: Sunday, Sep 20, 2026
